I understand that RecordVanta is educational

RecordVanta helps me understand and organize my own records and prepare questions. It does not provide medical or legal advice, does not represent me before any agency, and does not promise any benefit, rating or outcome.

My decisions remain my own

Any decision I make about treatment, claims, appeals or representation is mine, made with the professionals I choose. RecordVanta content is a starting point for questions, not a substitute for professional judgment.

I will verify against my source records

Summaries, timelines and organized views are built from the information I enter. I will check anything important against the original record before relying on it.

Representation belongs with accredited professionals

For individualized claim representation I will seek a VA-accredited representative, agent or attorney. RecordVanta links to the official locator and does not provide that representation.

Release

To the extent permitted by law, I release RecordVanta from claims arising from my reliance on educational content, subject to the limitations that counsel will set out in the final version of this document.
