Refund Policy

This draft describes the intended refund terms. Counsel will finalize them, together with the premium order terms, before public launch.

Monthly membership

• Membership renews monthly. Cancel anytime from your account to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the paid month.
• Charges for a month that has already started are not refunded, except where required by law or where a billing error occurred.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within thirty days and we will review the charge.

Comprehensive Record Review

The review is a separate service with its own agreement. Its refund, cancellation, failed-payment and dispute terms are stated in that agreement and presented before purchase. Until those terms are published, no review orders are taken.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds return to the original payment method through our payment processor and can take several business days to appear.
